This is a group devoted to discussing the issues involved in the planned destruction of the old Jeff Ho Surfboards/Zephyr Productions building (now site of Horizons West Surf Shop) for new apartments, and whether the site should be landmarked, or the developers allowed to destroy the site, etc.

Folks with points of view on both sides of the issue are invited to join and express their opinions.
