Would you consider running for division office?

The basic responsibilites of each office are listed below. To see the complete

The offices up for election are:

1. The Chairperson: preside at all meetings of the DIVISION and the Executive
Committee, be responsible for submitting required annual reports to the USFA.

2. The Vice-Chairperson: in the absence of the Chairperson perform the duties of
the Chairperson, serve as the chairperson of the Nominating Committee.

3. The Secretary: conduct all official correspondence; keep a record of the
meetings and minutes of the DIVISION; issue notices to members of all meetings
of the DIVISION;

4. The Treasurer: keep the financial accounts of the DIVISION; receive all
monies, fees, dues, etc.; pay all bills approved by the Executive Committee; and
preserve all vouchers for such disbursements; and more listed in division bylaws

You must send a letter or email stating your interest of running for office to
Steve Squibb (catnipacres@...) our division secretary by April 15, 2009.
