Dear Harrisburg Division Members:

Steve Squibb and I have been in contact with the USFA Office. A letter
is being drafted to be mailed to all Harrisburg Divison Members. The
letter will advise time and location for a meeting to hold Harrisburg
Division Elections. Nominations for Candidates and Voting will be
completed at this meeting. Voting by proxy will be accepted.

The letters will be mailed by this weekend. I will send an email copies
of the letter as soon as it is available.

Terrie,
I will add you with your home email. I just had the email that was on
the division page. My name is Nannette Halliwell. My kids fence with the
York Fencing Club. My daughter went to the JOs last year. I contacted
Chris Medalis two weeks ago to volunteer as secretary for the division.
He has not answered me at all. I spoke to Gary Rusen on Saturday. He
told me he will be speaking with someone from the midaltantic to find
out what to do about our division. I volunteered to be secretary because
fencing in very important to my kids and want to see Harrisburg succeed
in the long term. I have good organizational skills and feel that with a
good chair directing me, I can help the division. Thanks.
