Hope everyone is fine. I would like to have a meeting of the
Executive Committee on Thursday June 21st at 6:30- 8:30PM at the East
Shore Library. The meeting will be held in Meeting Room A. Some agenda items:

Mid Atlantic Junior Sectionals- Final report- Financial and
otherwise


·
Elections- Nominations for offices


·
By-Laws- Send to members for vote?


·
Annual meeting- Where and when?


If you have anything to add please do. Let me know if you can
make it.
