I've learned from the business manager at Mulberry Art Studio that our rental
agreement with them had officially EXPIRED, on July 31.

As of now, we have no current agreement to continue to use their facility.
They are in the process of scheduling their rooms with organizations now, for
the remainder of calendar 2006, and into 2007.

Because the club financials are still tied up while we deal with the loss of
Jeanne, we have limited options at the moment.

I would like to have a general meeting of the active members in order to
discuss our options, goals, and plans.
