what I used to do (all these are in sets of 20):
-half lunge (focus on doing these PERFECTLY)
-3/4 lunge
-full lunge
-advance lunge (focus on acceleration)
-jump lunge (all out speed for this one)
-retreat lunge (remember to finish your retreat before lunging)
-double retreat lunge
-triple retreat lunge
-squat lunge (no practical use, but immensely painful this far along)
-any lunge combination of your choosing (usually involving some kind of squat)
