My wife picked up the registration book...I mean form, yesterday; it is quite
long. I will try to scan it later and email it or upload the .pdf to the
website. We need to act quickly because they need to address it at a school
board meeting and there is one scheduled for June 30 (next Thurs). The
gentleman I spoke with did not indicate that anyone from the club needed to
attend but did say that we would be in limbo until the board gave the official
OK (the next meeting is not until August 01). My understanding is that after
they OK the concept there will be some charge (hourly?) based on all of the
other building uses happening concurrently. It appears to be a variable thing
and we may need to be flexible. For instance, if there is an existing group or
two that meets Monday and Wednesday, we may wish to change our days to match in
order to save $$. I was given no clue as to what charge may be asked but did
tell them up front that almost any fee will be too much. Let's hope for the
best. I have a back place to try, St Phillips Church (Millersville's round
church), but have not yet contacted them.

I received a call-back from LS School District. Message asked me to
call later today and they would tell me the "things that they would
need" from the club? Not sure what that is, I imagine they will have
some forms and need any tax ID numbers. Is insurance an issue
typically? I will talk to the gentleman today (unless you want to be
the contact person for the call) and get a list of things.
