Chris,I can attempt contact LS school/LS Rec Commission/St. Phillip's Church to
see if they might provide some space. After finding the right folks I would
send something to the effect:"I am writing on behalf of Z fencing club of
Lancaster. We are a local non-profit fencing club that provides equipment and
expert instruction to members of our community of all skill levels. Instruction
is provided by Maestra Jeanne Thompson as well as other club members. We are
currently in need of a new location to fence. I ask that you consider allowing
our fencing club to use space in your facility to meet and fence. The size
needed is about a quarter basketball court or a half tennis court. We need a
roof, lighting, limited pedestrian access and a hard (not concrete) surface.
Our regular times to meet are Tuesday and Thursday 6 - 9 pm, but these
times/days can be adjusted. Our non-profit club charges a minimal fee to
community members and unfortunately cannot really afford a rental fee without
significantly increasing the membership fee. We do have some things to offer.
We have an already well-developed Fencing Program and we may be able to offer
discounted club membership in exchange for access to your facility. We are a
non-profit and have a Tax Code. Membership fees and other donations to our club
are tax deductible. Please respond to this email or contact me on my mobile
phone (717) 475-9623. Thank you in advance for your consideration, xxxxxxxxxxx"
This is basically pirated from your email/website. Let me know if you want me
to approach anyone or not.Joe
