A WEAK LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL MOVE EAST ACROSS PENNSYLVANIA
TODAY...ACCOMPANIED BY A BAND OF LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOWFALL.
PERIODS OF SNOW...OF VARYING INTENSITY...WILL PERSIST INTO THE MID
AFTERNOON HOURS. THE SNOW SHOULD TAPER OFF TO FLURRIES BY EARLY THIS
EVENING. TOTAL SNOWFALL ACCUMULATIONS OF 2 TO 3 INCHES ARE EXPECTED
BY THIS AFTERNOON. HOWEVER...MOST OF THE SNOW ACCUMULATION WILL OCCUR
ON COLDER SURFACES...SUCH AS GRASSY AREAS. SOME UNTREATED...LESS
TRAVELED ROADWAYS MAY BECOME SLIPPERY AT TIMES...PARTICULARLY DURING
