I'm the head coach of a junior club program in the Southwest Region.
Program is 10 years old, draws 65-70 kids from a primarily well-to-do
demographic. Compensation for the head coach is just shy of $2,000 per
month. Compensation for assistant coaches starts at $800/mo and goes up
with experience.
