Ms. Dirth,

My name is J Kvale in Austin, Texas. We are going
through the same process right now at Austin Rowing
Club. Currently I spend 17-22 hours per work with the
Juniors Rowing program and receive $1000 per semester.
Very under-paid in my opinion. Our board of directors
is askin g for the same info so they can offer me and
our coaching staff better compensation.
