I have someone who has painted for the programs I am involved in. He
has painted the oars for NORCAL, SERRA, BIAC, numerous scullers as
well as national universities. He will travel to paint. He is a
experienced commercial and industrial painter. He uses the techniques
and paints discussed in previous messages. He has girls who row,(one
at Georgetown). That is how he got into painting oars...for anyone who
wishes to "farm it out" his name is Jack the Painter at 650-269-8672.
His prices vary depending on design and paint choice.

Best, Marsha A.

One of the reasons for the growth of interest in rowing is
that it is the perfect form of exercise. Rowing calls into play every
muscle of the body. It calls for skill, courage, stamina and
discipline." Ky Ebright, Crew coach 1924-1960
