Hi Byron,
Thanks for some good ideas....I have also recently
contacted a local surfboard company with the same name
as our crew. They are supporting a bicycle team with
clothing etc. I suggested we are also a water sport
etc. etc. and we have much in common. They also
started locally (Santa Cruz). They had no idea CREW
was such a old sport. They also encounter the barriers
of being taken seriously by some. They will be helping
us. We made up a recruiting video and are in the
process of a letter designed to recruit and also send
to corporations for the always needed $$$. I will use
