The launch that Chris used is an older model, the 14 footer, no longer
offered by WinTech. Do not confuse this with the 16 footer, which is
the one that is now offered along with the big one. It was redesigned
and is literally a different boat. The 14 was a good boat, but did
not offer the 8+ rescue usefulness as needed by a crew.

The 16 footer is only a few months old, the only ones on the water is
the one in Boston with CRI, 10 that are out in Oak Ridge for Master's
Nationals, and a few more around the East Coast.

Roy, get a wakeless launch, it will be perfect for the river in
Toledo. Be the first out there with a nice wakeless.

Derek, get a wakeless launch, it is an investment that will be worth
your effort and the 16 footer is a perfect fit compared to the
Carolina skiffs that you are running right now. Worth every penny.

Chris, look in to getting a new 16 footer and put that 14 footer to
use with the novice crew. Still a great launch, just cannot keep up
with your big boys.

If you have questions, just call the WinTech guys like I did. Saves
time and eliminates the need to lurk around online BBs searching for
answers that are readily available just by picking up the phone.
