I would very much appreciate any advice from existing clubs on how you
handle coaches contracts. We are just getting set up as an
independent junior rowing team - organized as a 501(c)(3).

Should the coaches be salaried employees of the organization?

Also, does anyone have a good example of a generic coach's contract
that we can use?
