You'll also need the kids to be USRowing individual members, in order to race at sanctioned events- like SWRegionals, which I believe the team attended last year. Our little team wraps their USRA memberships into their club dues, so there is little hassle involved.

you might about consider boat and trailer insurance for your equipment....you never know.

outside what USRowing provides?
