Maybe we could have them approve the 7 & Under class as an option for
state clubs and the states could choose whether or not to include it...
I know Ohio has some classes that other states don't and vice versa.
And if some states don't want to add the class they wouldn't have to...
Didn't we also talk about making a rule that the child would have to be
loping by their last year in 8 & Under... I thought we did and I
couldn't remember if it was included in the proposal draft... but maybe
if the 7 & Under class, we could suggest that?? *Heidi*
