An excerpt from the notes of the 2006 International YAB Meeting:
"We discussed having an 8&U or 12&U Costume class for the larger shows
since some younger kids have a hard time competing with older kids when
presenting stories. This could pertain only to the International and
Classics, where Costume classes are larger and more competitive."
What do you guys think about this issue? Should the national POAC offer
more breakdown of costume classes at the International and perhaps the
Classics? Currently they are divided into 6&U and 18&U divisions, and
by gender. The only option, going by regulations on acceptable class
age divisions- would be to have a 12&U and 13-18 class for each gender,
or a class for each age group.
