Mavs trade Diop and Cuban is fined   Message List

Re: Mavs trade Diop and Cuban is fined

LOL! Yeah, the Mavs have been in need of a true, good, offensive-
minded big man for a while. Dampier is so frustrating because he has
such talent, plays really big sometimes, but just disappears for long
stretches.

So, without Diop, what happens now? Does Damp get to play full games
or do they put in Bass as an undersized Center? I'm so confused as
to why they don't look for better big men.

Does anyone know how they'll play Carroll and the other guy who I've
never heard of? I guess Carroll will back up Terry and the two or
taking the place of Stack (who'll probably go bye-bye before
long...hate to see it, but he's not getting any playing time).

Not much of a trade if you ask me, especially not in light of the
rumors of getting Felton and May... I wonder if a bigger trade is
still in the works?

moves.  I don't understand why they take place.  Was Diop not making
it happen this year?  I've hardly seen him on the floor in the small
amount of games I've been able to watch.
