RE: Your Dallas Mavericks Here is a few questions...
One thing can't be denied; Cuban's complete and total arrogance can easily be witnessed here..

You should apologize to Cuban for that.
Seriously, I couldn¢t agree more. According to Cubanspeak, no one ever needs to issue a public apology unless he has offended absolutely everyone without a single exception.
As smart as he undeniably is, in some areas Cuban is incredibly indifferent to public opinion. His image took a big hit when he bankrolled that rabid anti-military movie last year, and it¢s never really recovered. I don¢t think he even realizes it.

Wow...My respect for Mark Cuban just keep dwindling more and more by the day. It has absolutely nothing to do with whether or not the comments are agreed with or not, it shone the TEAM in a negative light. THAT is what JH needs to apologize to the fans for. Absolutely ridiculous. I cannot believe Cuban can be so blind to this. I sincerely thought he was smarter than that. If you run a company (Which Cuban has. Plenty) and someone does something to shine a negative light on the company, the first thing that is done is to control PR for customers and investors sake. I think the customers and FANS of the Mavs deserve the same thing. This has gone WAY overboard, and, once again I will say, it's because Cuban seems to be either in a world of denial, or lack of concern for this team.

I think another question that should be asked is, why is Mark Cuban coddling this guy? He's 28 years old, not a kid. I think Howard should apologize to the Mavs fans, if for nothing else, than to aid him in his maturational process.
BTW, I sent MC an e-mail after his blog came out where he apologized on Josh's behalf. I asked him if he thought Josh should apologize instead of MC apologizing on his behalf. I got a reply almost immediately and MC said that Josh had apologized to both he and the team.

I'm afraid that MC and I are going to have to agree to disagree on this one. MC isn't doing Howard any
favors by speaking out on his behalf. Howard is just learning that he can do anything he wants and there will be people willing to go to bat for him, IMO.
