Hello everyone, quite a few years have passed since I was active in Yoshinkan
Aikido and I've lost contact with everyone. Anybody still around from the
Seiwakan Dojo in Burlington Ontario?? Does anyone know what happened to Greg
West?? West Sensei's passion for Aikido and his strict attention to building a
solid foundation upon the basic movements still sticks with me to this day. On
or off the mats, always a guy you could count on to lend a hand.
