| Notes: | Approximately 17/18+ average speeds over a 35 mile ride. Plan on drafting and working in a pace line. We may incorporate intervals in this workout also. We will try to stay together as best we can, with the stronger riders taking longer pulls. However, I'll be bringing a couple cue sheets to hand out each week to make sure no one gets lost. This won't be a no drop ride, but I will make every attempt to keep you with the group. | |
