I'm tentatively planning Loch Raven's seminary loop for this week's
wednesday "maryland ride". I'll post details tomorrow. LR is
definitely the type of ride you are looking for. All hardpack, no
severe climbs, and larger obstacles have been ramped.
Sometime I'd like to re-discover all the fun in patapsco as well.
Greenbrier too, but that's starting to get a little far away from
where I live/work.
See y'all at RR tonight.

suggestions anyone may have to offer. So far I've ridden at Rocky Ridge, Lake
Redman, Gambrill and Codorus. I like a little from each of them, but sad to say
Codorus is my favorite. This is my first year on a single speed and Codorus's
trails are nice packed dirt with minimal rocks and manageable inclines. The
downfall though is the trails are extremely short and I can't leave there with
no less than two ticks on me somewhere. Are there any other locations with
terrain similar to Codorus? I'd like to try to train myself to be able to climb
and rider more efficient at the other locations.
