My Gold Y-77 has seen me ride from 260 to 210 over the course of 5 - 6
years, surviving a couple of crashes, and still going strong. 220 should be
no problem.

I ride a 59cm y-foil. I am 5'10" and have about 34 inseam. The 59 feels good. My fit charts show 57/58cm for a frame size. What about 56cms, does anyone have...

I have a 50cm frame, I switched to a true temper sub Q and feels great. make sure you have a similar rake to the original or you will have toe overlap. Art ......

I know that the OEM fork has a 47 rake (frame 54). I assume that any aftermarket fork that has a similar rake would be ok. If not, what rake is suggested? ...
