Would that be the dark blue or the lighter blue? I have one or perhaps two
NOS 56cm frames in what I call USPS blue.

Do I understand correctly that they will replace it with either a 5200 or
5500 frame at no cost, and you can upgrade to a 5900 frame for a price
delta? May I ask what prices you were quoted? Just wondering what the
future may hold for me.
