I contacted Yerf Dog customer service this morning and talked with
them about the damaged diaphragm in my Dekni carburetor. Once
again, they were very helpful and they are sending me out a brand
new carb.
They really only should send out the diaphragm, but they do not have
these in stock yet so they are sending the new carb. Great
service!
I also sent them some digital pictures showing the problem, and they
are going to try to get some individual replacement parts for the
Dekni carburetor so they have them on hand. That way they won't
have to send out a whole carb (expensive) to fix a relatively minor
problem!
I've been very impressed with the great service I've received from
Yerf on this kart!
