Mr. Henkell,
did ken shamrock's gym actually train lions, thus the name lion's den???? i
guess it wouldn't even take you a second to think about it.
with the matching system, let's leave it to the matchmaker. as it has always
been, weight is the main factor when it comes to determining fight cards. there
had been mismatches but it doesn't mean that each fighter does not have what it
takes to win one. there are always advantages and disadvantages in the ring...
its up to the fighter how he will fight his card and how will he use his aces.
remember, one can always decline if he feels it's not yet his time to fight.
if you were that close to the ring, all that you'll hear would be QUESTIONS
coming from the referee if he still wants to continue OR NOT. inside the ring,
it boils down to the individual...realistically speaking, you are on your
own.hindi pinipilit ang fighter na lumaban... desisyon pa rin niya un.. let's
give the respect and honor that they deserve. watching outside the ring is
different from actually stepping in the ring. everyone has their own reasons on
why they'd still fight.
thanks for the questions....
best regards,
bon bautista

Hi,
If the title was literally "dance in the ring when they fight"
di ba dapat ang title ay "Yaw Ban" hindi "Yaw Yan"? Kasi
sayaw(dance)ng laban(fight). Comment lang.
I watched the competition last night at Yaw Yan Ardigma Makati but I
was quite disappointed sa systema ng matching, di man lang na consider
ang "age", paano mo ba ilalaban ang bata sa matanda how bias the
referee is. Have you seen the 2nd and 3rd fight? It' s so
un-matched, kawawa ang fighter e and besides bakit ba kailangan pilitin
ang fighter kong di na kaya lumaban it's so dangerous on the part of
the fighter. It must be remembered na mas mahalaga pa rin fighter more
than pera o tropheo.
Just my observation
