Scott Shipley has been retained to design a course North of Raleigh
at the Falls Lake Tailwater site. Brad Carr, who has spearheaded
this project says that the City has committed 50% of the money
required to make the park and Brad and others are now working on the
county to back the remainder od the project. Construction could
start within a year.
