Dear US Whitewater Team Alumni and Friends,

1. At this time I'm planning for us to have two reunions, one at the
slalom nationals (Deep Creek, MD, the race is August 4) and one at the
wildwater nationals (Charlemont, MA, August 24-26). Thoughts on this
are welcome.

2. There is an alumni web site in the works. I'm hoping it will be
up within a month or so. More on this later.

3. Below, a copy of a letter from Nic Borst, athlete rep to the
slalom committee. [Nic's letter is already posted on this site.] If you
have comments or suggestions, pleases pass them along to Nic.
