Hello and welcome to the West Virginia Horse Council "WVHC"

The purpose of the West Virginia Horse Council is to foster the growth and development of the Equine Industry of WV as a means of enhancing industrial development, recreation, tourism and educational opportunities.

The WVHC is the spokesperson for the expanding WV horse industry. The council is formed by WV horsepersons for WV horsepersons. The membership and board of directors represent all breed groups and all horsepersons of WV's horse industry. The general purpose of the WVHC is to promote the common interest of the entire industry.
