With the end of the year coming up, we're going to hold elections on Sunday April 26th after practice at 3 PM. If you're interested in a position, you NEED to email me to let me know! If you can't make the election, but you're interested in holding a position, please tell me that in your email. But if you can't make practice, you may not email me votes! I've listed the positions below with the included responsibilities. This is a great way to get more involved in the team.
President: Overseeing all the other positions. Coordinating with the school, other teams and tournament officials. Running practices. Writing and responding to emails.
Vice President: Helping the president. Coordinating matches. Being able to take the president's place at practices or matches if need be. Usually is training to be president.
Treasurer: Managing and writing budgets. Filling out expense reports.
Match play coordinators (more than one): Coordinate one match per semester- hotels, drivers, players, etc.
Secretary: Manages paperwork. Helps at meetings, etc.
Ladder Coordinator: This was a newly created position that became obsolete because we no longer have a ladder. I think we'll transform this to more of a practice and player coordinator. Helps with decisions about player placement, practice matches, etc.
Webmaster: Keeps the website updated. Preferable if you have some background.
