Hey all you Club-tennisers,
I hope the summer's been great for you and you've been able to enjoy
the weather (when it's not too hot) and get some tennis in as well.
Well, school will be starting back up in a week, and that means that
the Club Tennis fall season is about to begin! We'll be having a
meeting Saturday, Sept. 1, 1pm, in Whispers Cafe to decide who this
semester's officers will be, and to do some initial planning about the
upcoming season. Therefore, if you're interested at all in being a
part of the planning of the club this semester, or even if you have a
couple of ideas about how practice should be run, what teams we should
play, etc, come to the meeting and participate in the discussion!
Also, if you're thinking about being an officer or have an idea but
can't make the meeting, send me an email letting me know. I look
forward to seeing you all this fall, and don't forgot that you can use
the contact info in the Yahoo! group database section to get in touch
with players from the club if you're really itching to get out there
and play before the first practice.
