Hello all, new players and returning players, I hope the summer went well for everyone and I hope you are all ready for some tennis.  Our first practice of the year will be held at Dwight Davis Tennis Center in Forest Park, Thursday, August 31, from 6-8 pm.  You will receive another email soon telling you how to get there if you don’t know.  As some of you may know, the Wash U courts by the A/C are under construction until mid-October, so we will only be having official practices Mondays and Thursdays from 6-8 pm at Dwight Davis until then.  Also, because of limited court space, we will not be having specifically “social team” practices where people just come out to find people to hit with until mid-October.  So come to Club practice if you are interested in being involved in some way with the team, be it playing matches against other schools, moving around in the team ladder, or just getting a good practice in.  We hope to reinstate “social” practices for people trying to find other people to hit with as soon as the Wash U courts are finished.  I look forward to seeing everyone on Thursday.
