Jeff - How did the National Club Tennis Championships go?  We head to regionals this Friday and play Saturday and hopefully Sunday.  (See the below release from the host-site.)

Anyway, wanted to see if you could get a doubles team together to play against the top doubles team doubles team from University City High School that is preparing for the MO State Championships at the end of the month?  Coach Tab (Mark) can be reached at (314) 304-6679.  And his e-mail is above.  U City High practices at Heman Park's Tennis courts which are minutes from campus.  Furthermore, they are the best courts in St. Louis right now (better than Dwight Davis too).  They are looking for a doubles team to play against them on Thursday or Friday afternoon, or this weekend.  Please do contact Coach Tab and let him know who and when you might be able to get some doubles in against his top doubles team.

12th-ranked Tigers host NCAA Men's Tennis first and second rounds

May 1, 2006, Greencastle, Ind. - The 12th-ranked DePauw men's tennis team has earned its eighth straight invitation to the NCAA Division III Championships and its 12th overall.

DePauw was selected as one of two Central Region hosts for first and second-round matches. The 19-6 Tigers face Denison (17-4) on Saturday, May 6 at 9 a.m. EDT, while Kalamazoo (16-8) takes on Washington-St. Louis (18-2) in the other first-round match at 12:30 p.m.

The winners meet in the second round on Sunday, May 7, at Noon for the right to advance to the national quarterfinals at the University of Mary Washington, May 17-22.

More information including match times will be posted on Tuesday.
