<> CORY MACLIN SUES WWE

According to the Memphis Daily News website Memphis Wrestling
promoter Cory Maclin has filed a suit against World Wrestling
Entertainment

because they did not allow Jerry The King Lawler to wrestle Hulk
Hogan on one of their shows.

He is claiming that by not letting Lawler wrestle on the show,
because Hogan was booked, Maclin lost the Sam's Town Casino house
show deal.

<> WWE WOMEN'S TITLE PLAN?

It seems that WWE are thinking about putting Ashley Massaro into a
program with Women's champion Beth Phoenix with Ashey enventually
winning

the tite.

<> CARLITO MOVING TO SMACKDOWN?

Carlos Colon has apparenty let slip in an interview that his son
Eddie Carlon will be attending Florida Championship Wrestling under
a development

deal and will eventually join Carlito on Smackdown as a brother tag
team.

I have not seen this interview so if anyone can send me a link I'd
appreciate it.

<> WWE NEW MOVIE DETAILS

WWE's next movie is going to be called 12 Rounds and will star John
Cena as a detective called Danny Baxter. The director is apparently
Renny Harlin

who directed Cliffhang and ie Hard 2.

It is penciled in for a September 2008 release.

Following on from Tuesday's reporting of TWC being bought by The
Fight Network; The following was posted on their official forum.

working with The Fight Network going forward (starting with a
rebrand on Jan 15th @ 9am). More specifics & details will be
