CONTAGIOUS DISEASE OUTBREAK NOTICE
Immediate Treatment Required.
A severe strain of Excusitis has been spread contaminating a minimum
of 80 percent of our TaeKwonDo family. With a rapid progression to of
50% and up to 100% fatality unless treated in the next 12-24 hrs.
Disease Signs & Symptoms
Headache, nonproductive sensation, lack of enthusiasm, back pain,
fatigue, generalized
Weakness, variable muscle weakness, lack of skin tone and you just
feel lower than Whale poop!
ANTIDOTE THERAPY AND MANAGEMENT:
Requires very large doses of TaeKwonDo Practice repeated at frequent
intervals.
Supportive Care:
We STRONLY recommend your attendance at Grand Master Lee's
Tournament
of Champions to be held at Concordia University in Saint Paul, August
7th.
We need Volunteers to attend the officials meeting Friday night.
Infected Negators (negative thinking people) are in your area! Avoid
ANYONE who gives you any reason to pass up your next TaeKwonDo class.
Ignore such negative thinkers in your mist. Often the remarks made
in your direction aren't as personal as you might at first think.
They are merely a projection of the Negator's own feeling of
failure
and discouragement.
Let's be honest. All of us find reasons not to do things. I am
sure
you can remember how energized and content you feel after a good
TaeKwonDo class. You also know lots of good people miss seeing you
in class. What keeps me training (this is my 28th year as a Black
Belt) is the GREAT FEELING I get after a TaeKwonDo practice. I
still continue to attend the old guys class with Grand Master Lee at
8:30 PM Thursdays. Never mind the side benefits of fitness,
flexibility and self-defense. I just like the way I feel after
class!
