Wolves Wrestling Tournament. Please make a note that the tournament is
$12 Pre-registered and $15 at the door. It was originally listed as
$10 Pre-Registered ans $12 at the door. This is incorrect. Please make
a note that if you pre-registered for $10 you will need to pay an
additional $2 when you arrive. For those who are not Pre-Registered,
be prepared to pay $15 at the door. Thank You and sorry for the

Weigh-in 6:30 to 8:00, 5/6 grade, 7/8 grade, Frosh/Soph and
Junior/Senior Divisions,
Must have Copy of Report card or School ID to verify year
Matches will be 1-1-1 for 5/6 and 7/8, 1-2-2 for all else
Eight-Man Brackets, Double Elimination, Blocked Weights
Top 3 Wrestlers in each weight class will receive medals
Each Participant must provide own insurance; Niles West will not be
responsible

The undersigned student and the parents or guardian of the student
hereby represent to Niles West High School as sponsor of the Wolves
Wrestling Tournament, that the student's health is and will be
sufficient to allow the student to safely participate in the
tournament. We understand and accept that no health examination will
be conducted by Niles West High School to determine the student's
fitness to participate in the tournament and that health and accident
insurance coverage of the student, if any, is our sole responsibility.
We also understand and accept that the student participates in the
tournament at the student's own risk. We agree and promise not to
make any claims or bring any lawsuits for personal injury or death or
property damage or loss against Niles West High School or Niles
Township District 219, which arises out of the student's participation
in the tournament. The terms "Niles West High School" and "Niles
Township District 219" include the governing board of those entities
and their officers, employees, agents, and volunteers.
