I would like to wish you all a Happy and prosperous New Year in 2008.

In 2007 I was lucky enough to meet many of the people who I have been
involved with in this sport via the internet when they came to
Australia for the Triple Crown and I look forward to the chance to
meet many more over the coming few years as we increase the number of
international events in this sport that anyone can play in.

In 2008 we see the following international events on the calendar...
March 7-9 II Catalan Open, Barcelona (Handicap 1)
April 19-20 Australian International Matchplay Championship (Waverley)
April 25-27 French Open, Montpellier
June 28-29 San Marino Open(Cesenatico)
September 27-28 Italian Open(Virginia)
Oct.15-18 World Cup (Papendal, Holland)
Nov.15-16 Australian International Open (Wagga Wagga)

and there will be a Swiss Open sometime in August.

As well as the above there is always the chance to get involved in
international Pitch and Putt by playing on your home course in the
World Interclub League competition which starts in August each year.
