I agree. 

Strong Lock & Block drilling, I think, is the best single training drill that a person can do to truly sharpen one's reflex-responses.  Even better than Wing Chun's Chi Sao drills.  No offense to any WC people out here.

Also try doing Lock & Block using different weight sticks. Short but different weights. Then, start from Largo range and come into the closer Serrada range and...
