after that 30 min. repeat the same basics you just did,
adding a strike to the skull or a strike to the low area
(knee/legs) in between the movements of the basic counter.
After more 30 min. do the same basics once again in
multiplications of different counter moves and be in
free thought yet still adhere to the Principle of
the Serrada.
