The 9th annual celebration of World Tai Chi & Qigong Day will be held on Saturday, April 28, 2007. Free demonstrations and workshops are available around the world.
 
 
Zagreb, 28. april 2007. - Croatian Taiji Centre Helis is pleased to announce that the Ninth Annual World Tai Chi & Qigong Day will be celebrated on Saturday, April 28th 2007. This year, we have scheduled activities just next to lake Bundek (to the east), with big trees all around and Big River Sava in front of us from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon. Activities will include free workshops and demonstrations in QiGong, Streching, Stress Management and different styles and forms of Tai Chi.

In case of rain, events will be moved to Savica, Zinke Kunc 1 (advisor instructor is available at mobile phone 098/9123-179).

Tai Chi is believed to boost the immune system, slow the aging process, lower high blood pressure, relieve stress, and to improve balance and coordination. In preparation for World Tai Chi & Qi Gong day and to help promote information about Tai Chi, the Croatian Taiji Centre Helis will offer two free 60 minute Tai Chi workshops on tuesday, April 24th at 6 pm and 7 pm and on thursday April 26th at 6 and 7 pm at their studio in Savica, Zinke Kunc 1.
 

What is World Tai Chi & Qigong Day?

On the last Saturday of April each year at 10 am, beginning in the Earth's earliest time zone, a peaceful soothing event will unfold, and change the world forever, as it blooms around the Earth throughout the entire day--time zone by time zone. Gently and effortlessly the world will breathe together in a Tai Chi and QiGong relay of calm. We have all experienced the soothing calm of witnessing others doing Tai Chi or QiGong and on World Tai Chi & QiGong Day the entire planet will have that opportunity.
 
World Tai Chi and QiGong Day is held in the same month as the United Nations World Healing Day and Earth Day. Tai Chi and QiGong groups form mass gatherings in public parks or other public places around the world at 10 am (local time) to exhibit Tai Chi and QiGong to the community, the media, and the world.
 

Some purposes for staging this historic event:
 

1. To educate the world to the profound implications Tai Chi and QiGong can offer our personal, social and world health.
 
2. To thank Chinese culture for providing this powerful health science to the world.
 
3. To improve international relations by joining Tai Chi and QiGong practitioners around the world in celebration.

Deveti po redu World TaiChi & Qigong Day odrzati ce se u subotu 28. travnja 2007. Besplatne demonstracije i radionice dostupne su Vam sirom svijeta.

 Zagreb, 28. travanj 2007. - Hrvatski Taiji Centar Helis s zadovoljstvom Vas obavjestava da ce se deveti po redu (Nikolas je sluzbeni i jedini organizator za RH od 2000. godine) slaviti u subotu 28. travnja 2007. godine. Ove godine aktivnosti smo organizirali odmah do jezera Bundek (istocno), okruzeni ogromnim drvecem i ispred nas Velika Rijeka Sava od 10 do 12 sati. Aktivnosti ukljucuju besplatne radionice i demostracije Qigonga, razgibavanja, Stress Management tehnike i razne stilove i forme TaiChi-a.

U slucaju kise, dogadjaj ce se preseliti na Savicu, Zinke Kunc 1 (instruktora savjetnika mozete dobiti na 098/9123-179).
 
TaiChi potice imuni sustav, usporava proces starenja, regulira tlak, otpusta napetosti te popravlja ravnotezu i koordinaciju. Pripremajuci se za World TaiChi & Qigong Day i pomazuci da se promovira informacija o TaiChi-u, Hrvatski Taiji Centar Helis Vam nudi dvije besplatne 60-minutne radionice u utorak, 24. travnja od 18 ili 19 sati i cetvrtak, 26. travnja u isto vrijeme u studiju na Savici, Zinke Kunc 1.

 
Sto je to World TaiChi & Qigong Day?
 
U zadnju subotu u mjesecu travnju, svake godine u 10 ujutro, zapocinjuci u najmanjoj Globalnoj vremenskoj zoni, smirujuci iscjeljujuci dogadjaj ce se otvoriti, te promijeniti svijet zauvijek, kako cvijeta oko planete Zemlje citav dan vremesku zonu po zonu. Njezno i nenaporno svijet ce disati u smirujucoj atmosferi vjezbanja TaiChi-a. Svi smo iskusili izuzetnu smirenost promatrajuci druge kako rade TaiChi i Qigong te na svjetski TaiChi i Qigong dan cijela ce planeta imati takvu priliku.

World Tai Chi & Qigong Day odrzava se isti mjesec kada i Svjetski Dan Zdravlja Ujedinjenih Naroda i Dan planete Zemlje. Grupe vjezbaca TaiChi-a i Qigong-a masovno se okupljaju u javnim parkovima ili drugim javnim mjestima sirom svijeta u 10 sati (lokalnog vremena) da prikazu TaiChi i Qigong zajednici, medijima i cijelom svijetu.

Neki od ciljeva postavljanja ovog povijesnog dogadjaja:

 
1. Da educira citav svijet o utjecaju koje TaiChi i Qigong imaju za osobno, socijalno i svjetsko zdravlje.
 
2. Da zahvalimo kineskoj kulturi koja je omogucila cijelom svijetu ovu snaznu zdravstvenu disciplinu.

3. Da popravi medjunarodne odnose prikljucujuvsi se proslavi i vjezbacima TaiChi-a i Qigong-a sirom svijeta

Your expert view is needed in this case: As an international instructor, some
are calling me Master,  I am doing so much on Croatian health. Among others I
offered free exercise program for diabetes sufferers in Zagreb, appeared on
Croatian National Television many times educating the public about many benefits
taiChi and Qigong as well as exercise program can give people.
      With my new born baby son (EROS 2 month old) and wife Helis we live in a
rented flat paying monthly some amount equal to Croatian miniumum paycheck +
bills to pay monthly and with a dog and cat from friends who are on a vacation
for few months.
       I feel great pain when Veterinary from samobor who is renting us flat
don't want a cat in a flat. Our dog Ronny is abandoned and we accepted him and
he is smart, inteligent and carring and a cat Frenky from our friends came to
them to the door at midnight and they accepted him. Now they play together, cat
is clean (male) and good.

    Now I dont understand that. How can we take care of animals when veterinaries
are not supporting this. I want to see Your view of this matter and understand
that we all live under same sky , we are all creatures of GOD. But we humans
dont care about humans let alone animals. I am not speaking about peopele whoa
re carring, loving, understanding and one with nature but few of people who
doesnt even care for themselves.
I am teaching harmony with nature and that is what Taiji and Qigong and exercise
is all about.
We live in  Zagreb, hoppimng to get our own flat one day and for our son Eros to
live in harmony with all living beings on this planet and beyond.
Let the harmony bee in all universe to YOu and to all YOu love.

I samo mjena vječna jest,pa tako otkazao sam put u Australiju.

Iva i ja smo u Irskoj od 10-16 veljače dolazi nam Sifu iz Malaysie na
nekoliko dana tamo.
