This group has two purposes: 1) To get people intrerested in freestyle shinai fighting together so that they can form shinai groups in there local areas and 2) To allow groups a forum to discuss diferent rules and ideas with eachother. So come on in. If you have a group with a website link to them. If you know of a good buy on shinai, or other martial arts/fencing equiptment, let people know. No off topic ads or messages.
Topics should be primarily oriented towards shinai (this can include ren faires SCA or other events where shinai fighting can occur)(Kendo is accaptable but I do freestyle fighting so am not real familiar with Kendo). Secondary topics could be other entertainments that go with shinai (sword fighting movies, fencing, etc.)
