Agree partially with the decision however 2011 is a long way and such a review should have been carried out by early next year. Secondly, Bangladesh recently refused to host Pakistan due to an internal mutiny in which there low ranked soldiers killed their high ranking officers in Dhaka and similarly Sri Lanka has a long history of civil war. India has witnessed security lapses as well.
No one disagree that Pakistan is going through a severe security crisis and that due to a war that was never ours. Also we suffer largely due to a lack of good political sense. However, ICC as usual has put the cart before the horse by announcing the decision so soon.
PCB (Pakistan Cricket Board) has also been quite lacking specially on the IPL issues. Once the players were disallowed they should never have been even allowed to comment on attending IPL once it was shifted to South Africa.
I have a feeling that this World Cup 2011 will eventually be shifted to Aus-Nz somehow :)

If they were to strip the lot, that would at least make more sense. It would of course be very wrong, but it would make more sense to me.
