If I think about it (which I don't want to do as it depresses the crap
out of me) I am in fact more pissed that the English would do it, even
though your points are perfectly valid. I'm more pissed because they are
the inventors of the game from centuries ago and so should know better
and treat it better. Others doing it, especially those with track
records for little respect for the game, is at least understandable.
