I believe he wasn't banned. He was stood down to be rehabilitated, and
once that process was completed, he was reinstated. And I'm fine with
this. Likewise, the ball tampering charge was overuled and I was fine
with that. Both of them are examples of the ICC doing something within
their jurisdiction. Overuling a result should not be within their powers.
