Anyday a Tendulkar knock of this quality is worth every cent of money...good to see him back in runs after a bad world cup..hes the last man standing since the days of Lara,Tendulkar,Waugh trio so one hopes he can continue to entertain everyone a bit more in the remaining years of his career and help the team do well too.
Not sure england think similarly at this moment but anyway the rest of cricketing fans must ;)
I think the intensity levels can be found wanting in such games at times during the game for a few players..with jaffer failing i believe we should pick yuvraj instead and maybe open with Dravid. The bowlers pick themselves barring illness or injury..Zaheer,Sreesanth,RP Singh,Kumble.
So my personal XI would be :-
Dravid,Karthik,Laxman,Tendulkar,Ganguly,Yuvraj,Dhoni,Kumble,Zaheer,RP Singh,Sreesanth

Hi Ho All,
This game reads like a nice little day watching cricket. I think I could
have handled sitting on a patch of grass watching Tendulka knock 171.
And as far as the upcoming tests go, India muct be scratching their heads a
bit as to what to do. Although you don't always expect to win such games,
you don't expect such problems either.
Best bit however would be if you went to all three days, you could say you
were part of Chelmsford 1,2,3. (obscure tv reference in case you are
wondering).
Cheers
