know that Murali's carreer has not gone smoothly and many have called him
into question, but frankly, that's no mean feat and you cannot dispute the
achievement, regardless of what certain (now discredited) umpires might
think.
Whatever youthink of his action tho, you cannot deny he's a great sportsman
and has been a total asset to the game. So gratz murali!!! long may you
continue

Subject: [world_cricket] Congrats Murali
Hi Ho All,
A hearty congrats to Murali for passing 700 wickets. Better still is that he
gets a crack at the world record in Australia in the up coming series. He
needs 9 more wickets, buit there are only two tests, which can mean only two
innings if Australia has anything to say about it.
Furthermore, I can't imagine many Australians wanting to be part of that
record, so they will fight that little bit harder to keep their wicket I
suspect.
Anyhoo, good luck to him.
Cheers
Christopher
