I found a way to post all the handouts I give to the M&M moms every
week. Simply click on the "Files" link from the menu bar and look
under the foler "Nutritional Handouts". I will also post other
information for Training Groups here -- as well as workouts, fitness
related articles, etc. Be sure to check back often.
Be sure to also check out the "Links" tab under the menu. There is
a lot of great info out there to be had - and these links might just
help!
I have created a poll in order to best serve those of you that plan
on continuing with M&M Bootcamp classes - or would like to start
coming. Please take a few minutes to give me your feedback to
ensure I have classes that fit your times!
We will start training for the See Jane Tri next Tuesday afternoon.
Check the calendar for the tentative schedule of practices. I will
firm up where practices are held at least the week before. If you
are not sure about joining - you are more than welcome to come to
the first 2 practices for FREE to check things out. Also, check out
the file "What is See Jane Tri?" under the file link. There is a
lot of great info in there. Don't be afraid of the shopping list -
most of the items people have on hand. No need to go out and spend
a fortune on your first tri!
