Just a friendly reminder about the new shcedule we start this week! We will be meeting this Friday for only a 35 min POWER WORKOUT. We will leave all our chatting until the end - when I will pair you up with another mom to schedule your following week's workout(s).
WEEKLY NUTRITION ARTICLES
In response to the few people who voted (THANK YOU!) in the poll and the fact many of you didn't respond...I have decided to cut this out for now. I will continue to share interesting tid bits when I have the time :-)...for those of you who know me know I LOVE nutrition! In fact, I just read the following article about baby food I thought many of you would find interesting:
Here is a link to the handout I gave about making your own baby food- it really is not all that hard but does take time. I would say maybe 5 hours a month or so...but it is so much more yummy than that canned stuff! I prepare mine and then freeze it in the ice cube trays. Once they are frozen, I transfer them to a freezer zip lock bag.
