We are a community 4 athletic health minded moms! ANNOUNCEMENT
I have started a new blog located at Real Mama Fitness. I have found that with the addition of my 2nd son, trying to schedule a consistent class is near impossible. So, I am going to post workouts for FREE that you can do anytime, anywhere in as short as 20 minutes (or less if need be). So please join me there by subscribing to my post. I am just getting it up and running while I learn about the blogging world. You will also find there things such as recommended products for our workouts, nutrition info, motivation and ways to get your kids involved with you - or at least use them in your workout!
With the move to this blog, I will not be keeping this group going...not that I have done much with it in the past year+ any how!
